Here is our shipping policy:

Processing and Delivery Time

  • We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them.
  • You can expect delivery within 3-5 business days in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and up to 7 business days for other parts of Canada once your order has been processed.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping based on your location and total spending within GTA(Great Toronto Area). This offer is valid for standard shipping only and does not apply to expedited shipping. For total spending under free shipping requirement, a flat shipping rate of $7.99 will be applied. You can find more details below.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within Canada.

Pre-order

  • All pre-orders need to wait 1-3 months to receive.

  • Payment is required at the time of pre-ordering, and your payment method will be charged immediately. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will issue a refund.

  • If you need to make any changes to your pre-order, such as updating your shipping address, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that some changes may not be possible if the item has already been shipped.
